Dear Bob,
I just wanted to send a letter of
thanks to Steve for diagnosing the problem with the furnace. I now
realize just how difficult it is to solve a problem when you can not
get it to malfunction when either you or him were here.
He was kind enough to come back
later that morning when the problem reappeared and finally found and
fixed it. I want you to know that I was upset and maybe a littler
premature with any criticism I may have leveled. You have always done
what I have asked.
By the same token, I have always
had Northern Air service and maintain both the furnace and air
conditioner and will continue to do so.
Steve is an intelligent technician
as well as a nice guy. He is a credit to your company and so are you
Bob.
