Bob
Ropke,
Began his career in HVAC
in 1987 while still in high school. He's worked at Peck and Weis in
Lake Geneva from 1987 to 1990. In March of 1990 he started at Northern
Air Systems and has been here ever since. He attended several
refrigeration and welding classes at Gateway Technical College in
Elkhorn Wisconsin, Management classes at College of Lake County and
numerous training classes on Residential and Commercial heating and
cooling products.
Bob is OSHA certified,
holds a Universal refrigerant certification, passed the stringent
Wisconsin HVAC qualifiers test and he is Nate Certified.

Kevin Kuligowski,
Universally Certified by
the EPA to responsibly handle and use refrigerant. He has enjoyed
installation and servicing custom heating and air conditioning systems
since the Mid 1990’s.

Coy Turner, Age 40,
He has 20 years experience
in the heating and air conditioning industry. He takes a tremendous
amount of pride in the trade and he's a dedicated perfectionist.
He also believes in
treating everyone’s property as if it were his own. He has been a
dedicated employee of Northern Air Systems Inc. since 2000.

Bob
Baur
He has been in the HVAC
Business for 42 years. 10 of those years he has been with Northern Air
Systems Inc. His qualification include Certifications such as Heat
Pumps, Refrigerant, and OSHA safety.

Scott Henningfield,
He's been in the HVAC
business for 16 years and with Northern Air Systems Inc for 2 years.
His experience’s include a great amount of sheet metal work and
servicing. Certified in refrigeration & OSHA safety.

Kelly Grubb,
Has certificates of
achievement from Able Academy, and completion for Modern Hydronics. He
attended Park Supply Training center for Duct Work training and
installation. He is also OSHA compliant with the completion of 10
hours of occupational safety and health.
He has enjoyed working in
the trade of heating and cooling since 1994.

Dick Rainer,
His experiences include,
IBR Residential Hydronics, OSHA Construction Safety & Health, Tech
HVAC Service and Diagnostics, Trane Rooftop Servicing, Duct Design
Essentials, Trane Furnace Servicing, Basic Electrical, 90 plus
Condensing Boilers, Basic Heat Pumps, and Nate Certified – Gas Furnace
and Service Technician.

Dan Myros,
He's been with Northern
Air Systems Inc now for 7 years as a service technician. His
qualifications include Nate Certification, and a Associate Degree in
HVAC/R from Triangle Tech University, and numerous hours of
Manufacturers training. He looks forward to servicing your equipment
and answering any questions you may have.

Gary Rathmann,
He started in the Heating
and Air Conditioning trade on August 24th, 1979. He began
installing Furnace and Air Conditioning systems. His other
qualifications are as follows, Certified through Lennox Industries, in
residential and commercial heating and cooling equipment. In 1982, he
started in the service department. In 1991, he became service manager
and was also overseeing installation projects along with sales
performances. Continuing in that position until 2001. In January 2001,
he started at Northern Air Systems Inc.

Erich Rathamann,
He is a graduate of ETI
Technical school. He has been with Northern Air Systems as a Service
Technician for 2 years. He has an EPA type Universal refrigerant
Certification.

Sean Stigall
Sean's experiences have
included a number of classes at College of Lake County for HVAC. He
has been in the business for 2 years. He's very happy working for
Northern Air Systems Inc. Sean has learned a considerable amount since
first being employed by Northern Air Systems Inc and is ready to help
anyone needing his expertise. He also has a Universal Card for
Refrigerant.

Madelyn - Office Manager,
Madelyn began with
Northern Air Systems twenty years ago as a part-time bookkeeper for
her brother Wayne. As the company and office grew she became office
manager.

Kellie Worthley,
Kellie started her career
with Northern Air Systems Inc., 3 years ago. Kellie's responsibilities
include Service Logistics, Accounts Payable and Front Line Marketing
Specialist. Kellie also has attended business management classes at
DePaul and Roosevelt Universities.

Stacy Martin,
Stacy had been employed at
Northern Air Systems Inc from 1995-1998 in the dispatch department.
Stacy had taken time off to raise her children and care for her
family. She rejoined the Northern air Systems staff in July 2001 to be
a part of the accounting department. Please feel free to call her with
all of your billing, waiver and any general questions you may have.
